These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website and services. Discovery Reads is operated by Box Roulette LLC, a Utah limited liability company. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Subscriptions
Discovery Reads offers a monthly subscription box, personally curated to each subscriber's stated preferences. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your account — cancellation takes effect for your next billing cycle, and any box already charged and in process will still ship. 3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect on your subscription.
4. Shipping
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because each box is personally curated, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. However, if you receive a book you've already read, a damaged item, or believe your box doesn't reflect your stated preferences, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — typically with a free replacement in your next box.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Discovery Reads (Box Roulette LLC) and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Discovery Reads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
